I thought Littlewigs or Bigwigs had a separate addon in the addon list you can disabled like Littlewigs_Sound or Bigwigs_Sound or something. I definitely didn't go ability by ability A plugin for BigWigs that will play Text-To-Speech sounds for boss abilities. I've fiddled with the emphasized messages settings but all that changes is the countdown number in the center of my screen.
